- Register early.
- Wire Transfer receipts for payments may be emailed separately at a later date but must be received before the January 24, 2026 deadline.
- All wire transfer charges (sending + receiving) must be paid by the sender.
- Flight arrival information may also be emailed separately but must be received by April 1, 2026.
- The conference is open to all members, families, and friends of WCI member clubs.
